4. Account Registration and Security

6. Scheduling and Attendance

6.1 Scheduling Sessions

Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between you and your assigned coach. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your scheduling preferences, but cannot guarantee availability at all times.

6.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours advance notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the session or applicable cancellation fees. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6.3 No-Shows

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice ("no-show"), the session will be considered used and no refund or makeup session will be provided.

6.4 Coach Cancellations

If we need to cancel a session, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client of SpeakPro Academy, you agree to:

• Arrive prepared for scheduled coaching sessions
• Complete any homework or practice assignments between sessions
• Provide honest feedback about your progress and challenges
• Treat coaches and staff with respect and professionalism
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary coaching materials and methods
• Take personal responsibility for implementing coaching advice

8. Our Responsibilities and Disclaimers

8.1 Professional Services

We commit to providing professional coaching services delivered by qualified coaches. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, such as:

• Success in job interviews or hiring decisions
• Career advancement or promotion
• Elimination of public speaking anxiety
• Achievement of specific communication goals

8.2 Not Career Counseling or Therapy

Our services focus on communication skills development and do not constitute career counseling, psychological therapy, or mental health treatment. If you require such services, we recommend consulting appropriate licensed professionals.

8.3 Individual Results

Results vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and commitment. Success stories and testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results for all clients.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
